About Us
Al-Attique Publishers Inc. is a world known, North
American publishing organization headquartered
in Toronto, Canada. The core business of the company
is publishing, and its current list of publications is
close to a hundred titles. Its client and business associates
are based in Canada, USA and most of the countries around
Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
The main income of Al-Attique comes from high volume
sale distribution of its own publications, as well as
selected publications of many of its affiliated organizations
around the world. The knowledge segment of these publications
is religion and faith, along with variety a of other topics,
such as world cultures and personalities.
The company was started in the beginning of 1997 and
got incorporated during 1998. The company is funded
for management, marketing, and to run its current size
of operation, all by its owners/directors, with no share
of any of the financial institutions. That leaves the
company with almost no liabilities.
Al-Attique Publishers Inc. Sales Policy
1. Items Price: All prices displayed on the website are in US dollars.
Prices of all items are subject to change without any
prior notice.
2. Delivery/Shipment:
The customer will bear all shipping & handling charges.
Shipping and handling charges are 25% of the net invoiced
amount and will be charged by credit card. This
shipping cost, via regular mail, is only for North America. If the total invoiced amount is less than $50, an additional $10 will be added to the shipping & handling charges. If you, the customer, need shipping to other than North America,
or want shipping by air or any other fast way, like
UPS, FedEx, etc., please contact us and we will quote for that.
3. Return:
Items can only be replaced within one week of receiving; all shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Items can only be returned and refunded if the return is a result of our error.
4. Credit card details that customers send to us via the Internet are secure:
Al-Attique Publishers employs InternetSecure, the leading credit card processing company on the Internet, to handle our e-commerce transactions. Using only the most state-of-the-art Net security systems, they capably handle our private communications. Insha Allaah, your credit card details will be safely transmitted and will not be viewed by any third party.
5. Countries where we ship:
Currently, we are only shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, France, and KSA. If you would like us to ship to any other country, please contact us and send your order with all the details. Insha Allaah, we will reply with pertinent information within one (1) business day.
6. Valid Invoice: An invoice will be valid if its Net Amount is greater than five (5) dollars. Invoices for amounts less than five dollars will not be processed by a bank.
